Buyer-led sourcing
Industrial Sourcing for a Defined Need
Tell NTI what you need and where it will be used or delivered. We help turn the request into supplier questions, compare offers, and move the agreed purchase forward.

Start with the information you have
A product name, application, destination, drawing, or current quotation is enough to begin. We identify missing details with you before suppliers are asked for a firm offer.
Find and speak with potential suppliers
NTI can look for suppliers whose stated capabilities fit the requirement, review company details, business scope, and contacts, and ask about product availability and open questions. In a first reply, a supplier can simply confirm whether it can supply the item and ask questions.
Compare what each offer includes
We compare the proposed product, specifications, price, delivery terms, documents, and exceptions against your needs. Where useful for the project, NTI can arrange a video discussion or site visit and coordinate third-party inspection.
Agree on the transaction
For an agreed project, NTI may buy the goods and resell them in its own name, issue its sales invoice, and collect the buyer’s payment. The offer clearly states the goods, customer-facing price, and included services.
Move toward delivery
Once the product and transaction are agreed, NTI helps track open technical and commercial questions, supplier documents, requested inspection arrangements, and shipping and import or export coordination.
